Wildflower Village Condominium is a residential condominium complex located in Union County, Pennsylvania. As a multi-structure property, the complex requires coordinated maintenance efforts to preserve the integrity of its buildings and protect residents' homes.
The Challenge
The condominium complex needed a full roof replacement, totaling 39 squares of shingle roofing. Projects spanning multiple buildings on a shared property present a layer of complexity beyond a typical single-family job:

For this project, maintaining cleanliness on the grounds and keeping communication consistent were identified as the two factors most critical to a successful outcome.
The Solution
Equity Commercial Roofing performed a complete tear-off of the existing shingle roofing across the structures, removing all old material before installing the new system. The replacement material selected was Owens Corning Duration shingles in Driftwood.
White drip edge—280 linear feet of shop-bent edge metal—was installed, and existing roof penetrations (pipe flashings across the structures) were retained and properly detailed. Gutters were cleaned as part of the scope. Tie-off safety protocols were observed throughout, with access managed via 28-foot ladder.
Production annotations and job photography were completed and reviewed in CompanyCam prior to the start of work.
The Results
Wildflower Village Condominium's residents received new, durable roofs they can count on for decades. The coordination required across multiple structures was handled without issue, and the grounds were left in the same condition the crew found them.
