With 206.15 squares of roofing surface in need of restoration, the priority was protecting the facility and extending the roof's lifespan in a cost-effective, minimally disruptive way.
The Solution
Equity Commercial Roofing applied a white silicone coating system directly over the existing roof surface, no tear-off required. The team accessed the roof via exterior stairway, with a 40' lift available on-site as needed. All existing roof penetrations were kept in place and properly addressed within the coating application. Gutters were cleaned as part of the scope, and the team's focus was on delivering a smooth, even coating finish throughout.
The Results
Durawood Products Inc. came away with a fully restored, protected roof surface featuring a clean, even white finish that reflects heat and defends against the elements—keeping their facility and inventory protected for years to come.
